To return a FUTBORD product, you must follow these steps:
1. Send an email to futbordx@gmail.com
2. Describe the reason for the return and attach photos and/or videos of your FUTBORD.
3. Please make sure you return the FUTBORD in the same condition as you received it, including the packaging.
4. Our customer support service will review the process and contact you within a period of up to 5 business days.
6. After approval of the return, the collection of the FUTBORD will be arranged with the shipping company (Cost borne by the customer).
7. When the FUTBORD arrives at our facilities, it will be analyzed by our technicians and the refund order will be issued, if no damage is found on the FUTBORD. The refund will be made within 2 business days, depending on the banking entity, the time it takes to enter the customer's account.
